What is the breakdown of scholarship contributions?
A percentage of the Justice, Dignity, Equality, and Freedom sponsorships will be allocated to a scholarship fund. 50% of the fund will be awarded to the 27 high school students who were recognized as 2024 MLK Humanitarians by the Orlando Mayor’s MLK Commission. 25% will be awarded to 1 student for the USH MLK Service Scholarship Award, and 25% will be awarded to 1 student for the UHS MLK Technology Scholarship Award.
What if my organization cannot provide enough volunteers?
No worries, we’re here to help recruit volunteers! We have a network of volunteers on standby to help fill those spots.
What if my organization has more volunteers then subsidized by my sponsorship level?
No worries, all are welcome! If you need more volunteers to meet your goal, our team will help identify local volunteers to fill your tables. If more volunteers are needed than your sponsorship level includes, they can easily be added at $200/volunteer.
